NCI performed underwater diver inspection of a deteriorating outfall line with three diffuser sections located in about the 60-foot water depth. Diver inspection verified that the outward 600 feet of outfall line was plugged with sand and that effluent was discharging through a minimum of two holes in the outfall. Services included recommended repair work and repair costs to keep the outfall operating as reasonably as possible until the District ties into a newer outfall to the north.
